To join any scuba diving activities, be sure that you do not have any medical history with high risk or any respiration issues, and you must be medically and physically fit. Chronic health conditions, certain medication and/or recent surgery may require you to get written approval from a professional before diving
No flight / going to high altitude after diving, make sure you have a minimum of 18 hours rest before your flight
